Return window
You may request a return of eligible products within 5 days after delivery. To qualify, an item must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in its original condition with all tags and packaging attached. Proof of purchase is required.
Items that cannot be returned
- Personalised, customised or made-to-order products, except where faulty or required by law
- Underwear, pierced jewellery or other hygiene-sensitive products where the seal has been opened
- Gift cards
- Final-sale items where local law permits the exclusion
- Items damaged through misuse, wear or failure to follow care instructions
How to start a return
